Our adventure begins at 08:30 h departing from Costa del Sol towards the beautiful coastal town of Nerja, travelling through stunning Mediterranean landscapes and picturesque Andalusian scenery.
Enjoy free time to explore the charming town of Nerja, whose name means “abundance,” a title given by the Moors thanks to its privileged climate and fertile lands rich in subtropical fruits.
Wander through its lively streets and discover the famous “Balcony of Europe”, an extraordinary viewpoint overlooking the Mediterranean Sea with breathtaking panoramic views. King Alfonso XII himself gave it this name because, standing there, Europe seemed almost within reach.
Visit to the Nerja Caves:
Discover one of Spain’s most spectacular natural treasures: the famous Nerja Caves
Inside this incredible underground world, you will admire enormous chambers filled with stalactites, stalagmites, natural columns, and fascinating rock formations. The caves are also home to one of the world’s largest natural columns, measuring 32 metres high and 18 metres wide, recognised by the Guinness World Records.
These caves also preserve prehistoric paintings and archaeological remains dating back more than 25,000 years, making them one of the most important prehistoric sites in southern Europe.
Traditional Andalusian Lunch
We then arrive in Torrox, a traditional Andalusian village famous for having “the best climate in Europe.” and to complete this unforgettable experience, we will enjoy a delicious homemade lunch at Maria’s Ranch, surrounded by beautiful landscapes and a warm, friendly atmosphere. Taste authentic local cuisine prepared in traditional Andalusian style while enjoying the peaceful countryside setting.
Frigiliana – The Most Beautiful White Village in Andalusia
Our journey continues to the enchanting village of Frigiliana, considered by many to be the most beautiful white village in Andalusia.
Its perfectly preserved Moorish layout, narrow cobbled streets, whitewashed houses, hidden passageways, and colourful flower pots create a magical atmosphere full of charm and authenticity.
