We are a travel agency specialized in excursions and experiences throughout Spain, Portugal, and Northern Morocco, with a special focus on Andalusia and the Costa del Sol — places that are part of our lives and that we know not only through work, but also through passion, history, and emotion.
Flashotours was born from the experience and essence of Flashoteling, a destination management company founded in February 2013 and specialized in the Canadian market, especially Québec travelers. However, our story began even earlier, in the summer of 2012, when Albert Boufall and Sergio España met while working together as Flight Dispatchers at Málaga Airport.
It was there that a simple yet meaningful idea was born: to show Spain in a different way — closer, more authentic, and deeply human.
Albert already brought more than 20 years of experience in the tourism industry as a professional tour guide, along with extensive knowledge of Spain’s culture, history, art, and geography. Sergio, meanwhile, had long envisioned creating his own project within the tourism world, contributing a strategic and organizational mindset together with a strong passion for personal customer care.
Then came the people who would truly give meaning to everything: Bernard & Carole, travelers from Québec who, almost without realizing it, went from being acquaintances to clients, then friends, and eventually part of our family.
Over time, they also became a very special part of our story. Although they are not directly involved in the company, their support, experience, and advice have been with us since the very beginning. In many ways, they have become the godparents of this adventure and a constant source of inspiration.
That connection allowed us to deeply understand the way Canadian travelers experience and feel travel, and to truly appreciate their character — especially that of Québecois visitors. We realized that people are not simply looking to discover places; they want to feel welcomed, understood, and genuinely cared for throughout their journey.
Since then, our motivation has remained the same: to create warm, personalized, and authentic experiences where every traveler feels not like a tourist, but like someone coming to visit friends in Spain.
That is why, at Flashotours and Flashoteling, we take care of every detail personally. We become involved in every trip from the very first moment, listening, advising, and adapting to each client’s needs with honesty, dedication, and genuine care.
We work mainly with travelers from Canada and other American markets, although our philosophy goes beyond nationalities. We believe in human connections, sincere hospitality, and creating memories that remain long after the journey has ended.

Sergio brings the strategic vision, operational organization, and human warmth that define our day-to-day work. His ability to coordinate routes, manage logistics, and resolve unexpected situations ensures smooth, comfortable, and carefully planned experiences.
His empathy, charisma, and natural ability to connect with people make every client feel cared for with closeness, trust, and peace of mind throughout their entire experience.
